Everything is fenced in. Found the unit through spare foot and was able to take advantage of a sale they were having. Setup was easy.

This place is awful. Dirty, dusty, dingy cement rooms with ceilings that leak. No lights in the rooms, rooms separated with basically plywood. GO ELSEWHERE

Everything is good. I do recommend buying your own lock, you could probably save yourself $10 or so.

Tichina @ the Milford store was great. She explained all I needed to know. When I walked in she knew who I was although I went in a day early. She walked me thru the whole process from beginning to end of the need to know and I would recommend this store to anyone who needs self storage at a good price and get customer service.

Customer service was beyond reproach. The security of the storage facility (lock latch) seemed worn out.

There was water dripping off the roof onto us as we moved items into the storage unit. The biggest downfall is there are no lights inside the storage units. How can you be expected to carry boxes and hold a flashlight?
