I was thankful that reserving and moving into a storage unit on short notice was done easily. Pricing was a bit confusing, as we were quoted a promo price but when we got to the facility we had to prepay for a certain number of months in order for the price not to increase, so that was an unpleasant surprise. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was really not happy about: as we moved boxes into the unit, I noticed rodent waste/poop in the corners. Knowing there is evidence rodents makes me really nervous for my belongings. I was disappointed that the unit was not swept clean.

I'm a first time renter. My questions were answered by Ashley when I first called and she assisted me with the completion of the process. Then I received a call from Dave who was there to assist me in the completion of the process; I was able to move my items into the unit without trouble.
