This is the cleanest self storage facility I have ever been in. The units are easy to access. The facility is bright and safe. The equipment works as it should. The staff is helpful and informative. I would recommend this facility to anyone, long term or for a few months.

I have been a tenant in this facility since it was Westy storage before life stores even acquired them, it has gone downhill so bad there are people living in that building the vehicle gate does not work the keypad to get into the building does not work and it is left open and unsecured for the entire time they are closed for business hours, the menﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s restroom has not worked in almost a year. There is no heat in the facility and it takes an average of 2 to 3 days for them to plow the parking lot when it snows I have seen customers falling down in and outside of the building

The pricing was brilliant and undeniably the best in the area. The storage units are client controlled and the customer service is helpful and awesome.

First time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gotten a storage unit and I booked 2 online to get a better price (or so I thought). I got there and they took it upon themselves to find be a one room storage bigger than the 2 I booked and for a lower cost, taking almost no time at all. Very friendly staff. Also recommended me a lock to use since I was unaware that I needed that.

Customer service representative was very helpful and fast which was nice for me because I was sort of in a hurry. I filled out the application online and saved the $25 administration fee, so when I arrived everything was ready all I had to do is sign plus, I received a month free and that was nice as well and the unit was nice and clean, it took me about a half an hour and than I was done. I am very pleased!!! Thank you!!!!

Across all retail/consumer products and services out there, I haven't had a customer experience as good as I've had at LifeStorage. There was a miscommunication, most likely on my part, and they were extremely accommodating despite my mistake (regarding the vehicle rental). Before I had used LifeStorage, I shared a unit with the future in-laws, so I only thought I knew how great the facility was. The customer experience made it even better. Thanks!

I needed storage place and I wanted it be safe, affordable and close to me so I found uncle Bob storage and they are very friendly and clean with good prices too thank you Bob

I picked this place over a few closer options because they looked significantly cheaper. 37/month for a 5x5foot space compared to ~50+/month. However, what's not stated online is the required insurance you have to purchase, which starts at 10/month. You really do get the first month free, but there's a $25 fee, plus the insurance, plus I had to buy a lock so it was kind of a wash for me. It ends up being barely $5 cheaper per month than the other place I called, which I'm not sure was worth it because it's 10 miles away vs 3 miles. No complaints about the facility, you get a code so that you can drive up and go straight to your unit. Was clean and secure.

Most impressive for me was the initial call handled by Leo. I had questions regarding unit sizes, prices, etc. Leo was friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Well done! I later called back with more questions. Again Leo, who i found out is the manager (asst. manager?), was very gracious. I decided to book the van (FREE on move-in day!). When I called, Lauren answered. She was just as pleasant & helpful as Leo had been. Due to inclement weather, I ended up having to reschedule van rental for the following day. Was told by Lauren "No problem!" When we arrived at Unc's I was surprised by the cleanliness of the facility. Cargo van was large enough to accommodate all our belongings, very clean & easy to drive. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's in Milford to anyone.

Uncle Bob's has everything I look for and more. Great location and building, and the perfect unit. Couldn't feel more satisfied, and the pricing was great, too!

The move in process was quick and easy, from filling out the initial paperwork to the free truck rental.

Clean facility, secure, and friendly staff. The only negative is you can't move on after 6 pm. A bit pricey but worth it to know my belongings are safe.
