I have been using Keep Safe about two years. I haven't had any issues in dealing the facility or its staff. One of the best pricing in the area.

prices keep going up pretty soon will not be able to afford.

I enjoy having a great location for storage. I have always found Guy to be extremely pleasant, informative and helpful with any questions I may have.

I have used many storage facilities and Keep Safe is by far the best. The place was clean and well lit. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Being a local student, I didn't want to move all my stuff back home after college. I looked around and Keep Safe was the best in terms of overall value. The workers gave me a quote, and was able to hold onto my unit for 2 weeks before the semester was over. I highly recommend the place!

My son is at the University of New Haven, Rather than schlepping all of his stuff across two state lines we rented a 5x5 locker with several of his roommates. It is clean and elevator accessible. Perfect for our needs. We will be back next May. And may I add that Guy is a pleasure to deal with! He made the whole process painless.

I would tell anyone about this place. From start to finish everything has beeb great. The prices nd insurance rates are great along with the staff.

The nice thing about these guys is that they always answer the phone for questions. The storage units were reasonably clean, and it had the expected quirks of a well used storage lot, but nothing bad. Security seemed pretty good and it was in a decent neighborhood next to the highway. Wasn't hard to get to. There was plenty of space in the unit, I'm a college student and I split a unit with several other people.

I rented a unit at Keep Safe a couple weeks ago. Guy was very helpful. He got everything setup very quickly and with no hassle. I actually really like that the facility requires some form of insurance on the units. It gives me the comfort of knowing that the facility itself is invested in the safety and security of my belongings.

Keep Safe in West Haven, CT is a great storage facility. The manager, Guy, is very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well-maintained, it seems secure and the pricing is fair. The only quirk is the inability to use the front gate to go in and out of the facility. At Keep Safe the exit from the facility is a second gate located between the main building and the second building to the east. When we were unloading our rental truck we had to move it twice to allow other customers to drive their cars down between the buildings to access the exit gate.

Made an easy online reservation and Guy at the front desk showed us our access code and unit right away. Our storage unit was priced fairly and just what we needed to hold all of our things for a 1-bedroom. He even gave us water bottles after our long drive. Enough space to pull in a large moving truck and platform dollies for transportation. Only ding is that the elevator is quite slow, but the rest of the move-in was very easy. Thanks!

I had to reserve and pay for this unit for my daughter and her friends to store their stuff over the summer from Yale. When the kids got there there were no problems, and I felt so good knowing they were taken care of. Could not have been easier or friendlier. Highly recommended.

Found the place easy enough. Viewed the unit and one size up. Moved my stuff in and signed all the paperwork within an hour and a half. Good stuff.

The move-in experience with Keep Safe storage was seamless and fast, and they have what seems to be high quality facilities. Very happy with my experience.

Check-in was straight forward and easy. Elevators and carts were available for an easy move. Getting in and out of the facility is easy. Great experience.

Very clean. A bit annoying how the elevator beeps when you aren't in fast enough. Gates take wayyyy to long to shut.

I was greeted very warmly and efficiently. Customer service was great. The unit is fine and security very tight. The site is well kept. There was someone picking up any trash lying around. It is easy to access off of I95. The price is the best I could find in the area.

Our daughter was moving to the New Haven area but needed to store her apartment furniture until she found a place to live. Keep Safe Storage was right off the highway, so easy to get to. Pricing was competitive and we always felt safe and secure.

Just moved in yesterday, but the process was very easy, and the woman at the desk made sure that I had everything that I needed to come back later after office hours and move in my stuff. Couldn't ask for a better first experience with them.

I found the manager to be very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I had to make one adjustment in the move-in date, but he was quite pleasant and accommodating. He made sure that I viewed the unit to be sure it was acceptable condition and size. Explained security procedures well. Love that each unit has an alarm system. Especially like the extended hours for being able to enter unit, even after normal business hours, since I control the security gates and unit alarm. Great experience. Good unit at a good price.

Everything was very easy. Made a reservation and of course everything was ready. The paper work to settle everything felt long but it probably felt that way because I had hired movers to help me move my stuff in. It was also nice they let you walk through each space to see if it will be a good fit. I almost got a space they would have been too small. Overall, very nice people, very clean and very easy.

Nice and clean. Customer service was nice. The office administrator was very nice and cordial. I felt comfortable storing my things there.

The place is very well located, easy to access and have a nice staff... To have access to my storage 24/7 is a plus and the experience so far so good.

Kind people and a security alarm system that ensures that no other renter can break into your unit. Most importantly everything seemed very honest and above board. No hidden fees. I forget to buy a lock before I moved in and they sold me one at barely above cost.

Our college age son had heard horror stories about the storage facilities on campus, so we decided to look off campus. I googled the facility in east haven, but never got a response despite several efforts. Contacted keep safe and got an immediate response and email confirmation. Moving in was easy and my son found the facility cleaner than his dorm room! Looking forward to two more summer storage contracts before graduation in three years!
