I found Morgan to be very helpful and although on 2nd floor was easy to navigate

It was very helpful to have this near by. Price was a little high but had no other choice

Beautiful place clean easy to find my storage unit and had a dolly to help me move stuff in.

We originally rented a storage unit in Monroe, but it turned out to be too small, not climate-controlled, and way too expensive and out of the way. In the middle of our move. With our truck packed to the ceiling and rain about to start, we called North Haven Drive-Up Storage. Their customer service was incredible. The representative quickly found us a larger, climate-controlled, and actually affordable unit that fit all our needs. The whole process was fast, easy, and a huge relief during an already stressful day.

My entry code did not work Upon arrival. The staff was present that day, so were able to give me a personalized passcode and ensure it worked. However if I had come with a truckload of stuff for first time on a day that no staff were present, it would have been a VERY bad situation. Staff were great but it might've been helpful as a first time to be shown the way into my storage area. Some doors were locked, the door I entered on had signage inside saying it was an emergency exit and an alarm would sound of opened, but did not. Once I figured out the lift I was fine but it took some doing initially. A tour would be very helpful.

Watch for the bait and switch. We rented a storage unit here . Two months later they DOUBLED the price!!!

I'm very pleased with my unit and the customer service I received. Melissa is great to deal with!!! She took the time to show me the available units, answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything completely and was satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend this location.

All I want to say is that Melissa was truly a blessing. She made me feel comfortable. She helped me out with every detail and anything I needed to know about the units. She was nice, polite and respectful, to be honest if it wasn't for her. I probably wouldn't have got the unit so big shouts out to her.

Nice ish place, gate and door lock issues. Still waiting on one of my unit doors to be fixed. 90 days in and already a 20% increase in my rate.

They were closed at the office on my move in date so had to figure it all out on my own another lady came and complained as well because we couldn't even access the self service kiosk

A bit out of the way, but fair prices for their size units compared to others.
