I had a mixup on the date that I was to begin renting the space- but I spoke with Candace who was extremely helpful. I was able to meet her in person 2 days later and she described everything and went into detail helping me with the app and had patience for me. Thank you, Candace for your outstanding customer service.

Scheduled a unit online as I was moving in from out of state, was immediately contacted by the facility once reservation was filed to make sure I would have everything I needed upon arrival. The day of reservation came and let me tell you the young woman working the desk was fantastic! She had multiple people and was able to multitask to ensure all of us were being seen and taken care of. Her personality and ability to work so well under pressure was a great site to see and helped put my mind at ease regarding storing my items. Unit was super clean, great deal and monthly price. Would certainly recommend this location for storage needs.

Helpful staff, the first unit they showed me had a car run into the side of it and there was a large hole that wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve leaked or allowed rodents to get in, that still has not been fixed. The second unit I excepted despite the oil stains on the floor

Amy helped me from start to finish and she was absolutely wonderful. Gave me all the info I needed to be ready for move in day. Cube was swept and cleaned before I arrived. She helped me with my annoying renters insurance company. To top it all off, I didn't know until the end of the reservation that my first month was free! I would highly recommend.

My mother and I were greeted as soon as walk in by an employee and the manager. Both employee and manager were well informed and ready to answer questions. On top of how well versed they were and helpful, they had this place nice and neat. Erica who was the manager at the time, noticed I am part of the military and offered me the military discount. The other employee that was there always had a smile on her face, which made it easy to talk to. Loved this place and I will recommend it to anyone.

easy registration friendly staff

The customer service was amazing. The previous day, I was trying to get a storage unit with u-haul and they were rude and unhelpful. I expected some of the same issues with cube smart but it was completely opposite. From the person that helped me find the closest location, to when I got my key, they were extremely friendly and helpful. They didn't even mind that I rushed in 15 minutes before closing time. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely recommend them.

Everyone that I spoke with and dealt with were very polite and organized. They were able to accomodate my every whim. They addressed every concern I had and have worked with me on every aspect. My wife and I just moved some things into storage, even though we haven't been with cube smart for long I cant complain. The unit was clean, affordable, and the service was great.

Was surprised by insurance charge which isn't mentioned on website or told to me by the representative that called to confirm the reservation.

I needed storage quickly, and this place was close. The inside units were clean, but the hallways are poorly lit and the units themselves are not lit at all. The price was on special, but was still average compared to others in the area, but was a convenient for me.

I cancelled my reservation at first and then I spoke to the property manager Trisha Geraghty and she convinced me to come in and look around. The friendly atmosphere and the information that I received made me change my mind again. Trisha talked to me and made me feel comfortable about the whole rental situation I recommend anyone looking to store try cubesmart first.
