We arrived at the facility after doing research online. The representative was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The unit was clean and mold, leak free.

The location is convenient and the online process was very simple to follow, although it was nice having the option to go into the office as well. The instructions received for accessing the unit and building info could have been a little more detailed with location of light switch, etc. as there is only one at the far entrance for the section my unit was in, which I found after exploring a little with a flashlight. After speaking with a site manager, I understand why there arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lights within the unit, but would be nice to have another overhead light for that corner of the hallway so it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in as much shadow. Otherwise, good sized unit for the price.

Very nice facility except for the fact that the gate is broken

In these times with everything that is going on in the world this place is clean inside and out. The service is excellent everything that you need is there so there is no contact. This is why Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m back for the second time.

I have multiple units with cube smart and I am very satisfied with the service I receive from this company! Everyone that works here is fantastic and very helpful. The facility is well cared for! This is one of the better priced storage places in the Groton area and if you get the online deal you can get the first month free! Plus they let you borrow their moving truck for $10 with 50 free miles (.75 cents after that) and you only have to pay for the gas you used! I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for a place to store their valuables!
