Very close to my new apartment and the perfect size for all the extra stuff that doesn't fit in the new place.

Work on your prices , other than that over it's ok.

Emergency stress was diminished by Roberta’s “ can do “ attitude. Great location too!

Front desk was very helpful, the facility is clean and the price was one of the best I found!

Followed through with scheduled check-in date on Saturday, handled business part, was asked to "bring their lock left inside unit back to office ". Within 2 minutes, I found my unit and the lock wasn't "inside the unit", I was locked out of the unit with no code for lock. I called the frontdesk like 5 times to no answer because she went to lunch within 2 minutes of me leaving frontdesk, so I left a message about situation because I didn't know when or have hours to wait her return, I was scheduled to work in New Haven. She never acknowledged message by call, text or email, finally, 2 days later, I went back and she told me she got my message when she got back from lunch and it's been open ever since? Was left open for 2 days and I lost 2 days of storage because they locked me out, that I paid for. So NO, I won't set anyone up by putting them through BS like that, I've used plenty of units over 20 years with way better service.

I am not an expert in storage facilities; but, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this facility is. A representative from the property called me prior to checking in and advised I could do it online. It was very easy. I was able to chose my code and it worked when I got there. My unit was all prepared and waiting for me. So far Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m truly happy.

My experience was wonderful- flawless from booking to moving in! Trish was friendly and very knowledgeable and Brenda was welcoming, friendly and very helpful! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I moved into this facility during COVID and had great customer service. Within 5 minutes of booking the reservation online, they called me to confirm move in, go over rates/pricing, and answer any questions. Day before move in, they called to confirm my appointment to view the unit and sign paperwork. The facility is gated with access code controlled, climate controlled, and offers all the essentials to move including public use of dollies & hydraulic lift per building. Flexible access hours that extend past office hours which is great! Insurance and locks are provided at a nominal fee. Overall, the staff/manager was super helpful and friendly, they have effective social distancing procedures including signing paperwork digitally via email to processing payments/receipts. First time ever renting a storage unit and it was so easy & I felt safe storing my belongings at this facility! Highly recommend!!! :)

I reserved a 10x10 with ease, as soon as I reserved online, the location called me to walk me through pricing/questions and set up a move in day. On move in day (during CoVID) they had a great no contact procedure and were able to show me the unit and sign the contract via email while socially distancing the whole time. They have hydraulic lifts and hard carts for public use (also locks/insurance at a great price if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have your own) if your unit is on the second floor and access code to get into the gated facility. Flexible hours to access your unit even after the office is closed which is awesome! So far loved my experience and would definitely recommend. :)

Cubesmart is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Happy I found such a great place to store my items. Hours are reasonable as well.

I had a very good experience with the company to start . The. Customer service was great . Brenda was very professional . The facility was nice and clean even though they were remodeling the office building .
