A pleasure to deal with the staff fast and easy

1 small glitch with code not working but Jay fixed it. Would like it if the lights were brighter - or it might be that the lights over my area are lacking.

When I arrived the manager they knew what I was looking for . He showed me around and explain to me everything how everything works. And got me right into a unit as quick and painless as possible.

There was a minor problem with the system accepting my code, but we figured it out. The lighting above my unit is dim - wish it was brighter. Otherwise I've used this place before and everything was great.

I think this is a great storage facility. It is clean and offers good security with cameras and gates. In addition, you can drive you car right inside up to the elevator. The staff was great to deal with upon check in.

Wonderful staff who tirelessly answered all of my questions throughout the process really made the experience phenomenal for me. The facility is close to my apartment, very secure, clean and closely monitored. The only thing that I wasn't particularly a fan of was the hidden costs that were not advertised. I didn't know that insurance was required (at $12 a month), a one time fee for administrative reason was needed, or that if I didn't purchase a lock from them I'd have to suffer a 100$ deductible on the insurance. All these few turned out to be fairly small in comparison to the whole thing so it didn't make a huge difference to me.

The staff members have all been VERY pleasant and helpful. This really Made a traumatic experience less daunting. I have no place to call home but I know all my belongings are safe.
