The front desk staff is stellar! Very kind, answered all questions, let us see unit prior to renting and all worked out very well! Good location, good lighting, felt safe. Pricing is good however, pricing for "insurance" is highway robbery! Realize it's the company and not the individual location, but it's too much!

Manager was super nice, easy access to unit, has loading dock as well but didn't check it out yet.

As a new facility, it’s nice and clean. Convenience was a top consideration as well.

Building is spotless, excellent hall lighting, easy move in-access by service elevator, and many dollies available for use.

It’s quite a distance away from 95. On the weekend, it closes at 5pm which is inconvenient for me especially if I had to work. I thought sat & sun closed 10pm as well. 6am is a good opening hour but 10pm mon-fri is to early to close. Otherwise, it’s clean and the carts are readily available.

I booked a 10x10 unit and what they gave me was 10x7 initially. I had to argue with them that the unit was not 10x10. Finally they gave me a 10x10. Three months into the unit, they raised the rent by 50%.

Move in was easy, the place was super clean and the people were helpful.

The facility seems like a nice storage place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was registering for my son who was moving out of Boston at the time I was doing the paperwork and the staff was very helpful.
