The manager took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. I realized the storage unit I originally reserved was too large for my needs and he painlessly switched me to a smaller one. He walked me through the storage area to make sure I knew where I would be going and then quickly completed my application. He was very nice and gave me his card if I needed anything else.
