Water leaks, roaches, not a secure facility, not climate controlled like advertised, some of the staff care where as the rest donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give two tickets. Honestly surprised most of them are employed

My experience was a very good one. Ms. Tanesha Holloway was very professional and helpful. She had taken the time to wait for my arrival a few mintestinal after closing. This truly meant a lot to me and I was very imressed.

Desk employee was extremely helpful. She gave a me a detailed tour and answered all of my questions.

Don't have any complaints about this storage center... it's nice and close to a bikeshare rack, the customer service is very attentive and helpful, and the freedom of access definitely beats ExtraSpace on U St. I just wish they didnt hike the fee on a regular basis, which does little but ensure i'll be motivated to get out as soon as possible.

I booked a small storage unit with the special price . Once the manager showed me the unit, I had to upgrade. The manager help me save money on the larger unit. She did not have to do this. I am glad I find cube smart. Will use them again!!

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FOR A STORAGE COMPANY, BUT WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WE FOUND CUBESMART!! THE MINUTE I WALKED IN, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND FUNNY AND MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT EASE. I WAS SHOWN THE UNIT I WAS INTERESTED IN RENTING AND THEN FILLED OUT A LITTLE BIT OF PAPERWORK. ANY QUESTION I HAD I WAS ANSWERED AND SELECTING THE RIGHT BOXES FOR MY NEEDS WERE SO HELPFUL! I WALKED AWAY FEELING SO GOOD ABOUT WHERE I WAS GOING TO BE STORING MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR AS LONG I AM IN DC GOING TO COLLEGE! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE WONDERING WHAT TO DO!!!!! AND AGAIN THIS STAFF SHOULD BE GIVEN A HUGE PAT ON THE BACK FOR THE WAY THEY MAKE PEOPLE FEEL!!! THAT RIGHT THERE IS THE HEART OF YOUR BUSINESS!!

They didn't include the price of mandatory insurance in the advertisement, which threw me off - wish I would have seen that coming. But besides that it was good.
