Arrived to our planned move in day on a Sunday only to find a sign on the office saying "sorry closed on Sundays in May". This was never communicated to us. No carts were left to move boxes. We had to fend for ourselves without any help on our first time arriving. It was a considerable hassle to move everything without a cart. They also gave us a unit on the "2nd Floor". No one explained that means it's basically an attic above the floor level units that must be accessed by a ladder. With some very heavy large boxes that was not a welcome discovery.

My storage was in the air… I had heavy tubs and it was so hard to move it up there. Never again am I staying here for that reason.

the whole experience and location is nice but can be more accommodating to it's customers by providing flatbeds, dollies or even handtrucks to assist customers

I like being able to resevere the unit until I made the decision the take it. There was a short wait to be able to pull in the unloading dock. The move in & security measures were great!
