While I haven't been happy with the transition of Life Storage as a company, Tiffany and Jade are very friendly and are phenomenal representatives of the company. They provide great customer service and they both made the transaction super simple, which is what's most needed while moving. The day we moved in, myself and other customers were looking for a cart. There only seemed to be one. That was the most inconvenient part of my experience.

Called ahead to get pricing. Jade was very helpful. She reserved our spot and was taking care of three customers at once and call all of us moving.

Customer service is great, just wish they had more carts for use as me and other guest only counted 2-3 for the whole building! The building itself could be much cleaner, birds fly in leaving mess everywhere as you enter and exit the loading zone of the building which smells and you have to carefully watch where you step!
