Every time I come here to pay my bill there is no one ever here they say they will be back at a certain time and never is I have waited a hour for them to come back from lunch and they never returned new employees is needed the place is filthy needs cleaning bathroom is disgusting I get attitude from the associates that work there itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a overall bad experience

I have had the pleasure of utilizing this storage unit since June 2020. It was my first time EVER using a storage facility; yet, with a lot of changes occurring in my life, I needed to downsize. And what better way to do so than locating a storage facility that was close in proximity, clean, and affordable! On a few occasions when I required in-person assistance, I was blessed to work with such an amazing spirit, Ms. Shay! Most recently I needed to make a payment which was past due causing a lock to be added to my storage unit. Ms. Shay was not only knowledgeable, but EXTREMELY pleasant to work with. It's not often that you encounter such exceptional customer service skills! You can tell this is simply her God-given spirit! Ms. Shay was able to assist me with my payment and removing the lock from my unit all in under 30 minutes, while working to get their new systems switched over. I couldn't have asked for better service! Glad I chose Self Storage, formerly CubeSmart! Thank you Ms. Shay!!!!!
