Everything went well but I didn't get my free lock I had to go buy my own and I also found my storage wide open.

Prompt response, excellent customer service.

Was told when I rented a 2nd unit there that I did not have to purchase a lock. There would be one inside the unit upon arrival. No lock to be found & office was closed on Sunday. Had to leave my unit unsecured to run down the road and buy a lock.

Jody and Don were very nice and the yard appeared very clean, but I was very upset when I reserved an RV Space that it was not held for me. My space was sold on-line to another renter before I was able to move my RV into storage! They did hold a second space that came available in another week, but I had to make a special trip down there to make a payment and to sign the paperwork.

This place is not bad, the spaces are pretty small, and the bigger you go the more it cost. I believe the prices can be better than they are! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only one person who works here, and they need to hire a few more people, for a better customer experience! The older gentleman that works there is pretty helpful though!

I went extra distance to this facility because it prevents the temp in the unit from exceeding 80 degrees. =)

Unit is perfect size & very clean. Well worth the expense

I had a very easy experience obtaining this unit. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recall the manﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name that showed it to me, but he immediately swept out leaves so I could move items in the same day. Great experience.

Staff were very kind and accommodated our last minute situation/need.

The rooms are a little smaller than expected for the price. I had to go with a much bigger space and the price was a lot more than I wanted to pay, But I choose to go with them because of the location and the customer service was great. Very friendly people on the phone and in person.

Sadly this was sold to me as a 10 foot by 10foot locker and after getting there it was only 9 foot by 9 foot.

Good price and still a nice place to store belongings
