Public Storage - Dover - 653 Jefferic Blvd

The door stops were broken. For us to have to use this for two months is perfect. Not somewhere I would store my items long term.

Even better if the prices weren't so expensive the prices went up and everything in the world having to deal with the covid virus and prices are going up give me a break that's the only thing that bugs me.

My unit was stopless and it was very easy to complete the rental online. The location is terrific for me as well. The complex seems secure and safe, and I would not hesitate to access my unit at any time of day. I priced similar units within 15 miles and this facility was the best price and value for the money. Recommended!

Very pleased with all aspects of rental. Hours of access are perfect. Help from Tiffany with arrangements was thorough. Satisfied with security measures. Overall, one of the less stressful aspects of moving!

I got a storage at public storage and it's no ac inside the building I almost passed out from the heat having to put my stuff inside the storage other then that the experience was ok

My experience with Public Storage in Dover, DE was made very pleasant by the on-site manager, Tiffany. She was kind, professional, and prompt. She also clearly let us know what Public Storage had to offer without pushing the products. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Public Storage manager on duty was professional, diligent and courteuos as she provided the services we were requesting. The experience was therefore a very good one and worthy of commendation.

I was desperate for a good storage place that would accommodate my daughter's procrastinating to secure a storage space by the end of her freshman semester. I learned just May 1, 2019 that SHE DIDN'T GET ONE!!! Unbeknownst to Public Storage in Dover, I was toting all of her (daughter's) stuff in the car when I called Public Storage. Got an answering service who then referred me directly to Dover storage on 653 Jefferic Blvd! I spoke to "LIZ"who saved the day!!! She was Great, Knowledgable, And she also provided awesome customer service. I'm talking she really saved the day and allowed me to have space in the car (after we put her stuff in the 5x10) to tote my daughter back to DC.

Very clean facility but it don't seem safe after dark. People walking around inside the gate.

Trish is the best! She's fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but we're happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!

Although the employee who assisted me was friendly and incredibly helpful, the facility hours are limited and the facility itself is not well maintained. There is broken glass in the driving lanes and trash all around the fence-line where people have obviously decided to part with their property and instead of disposing of it properly toss it over the fence. Perhaps this facility can partner with a charity and make available a depository for people to put their unwanted property so that it may be used by charity.
