Broken elevator, and it took long for the customer support personnel on the phone to let us know. We were basically told "you have two options; carry your stuff upstairs using the stairs or wait till the technician comes to fix the elevator." Mind you, we had a flight to catch!

The entire building is clean and easy to access. The paperwork can all be done online. Then just go and load up your unit. It was the easiest process weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve experienced when renting a storage unit. They even have two dollies onsite for use which made the move in much quicker and simpler. I would suggest this facility to anyone who needs these services.
