Public Storage - Newark - 201 Bellevue Road

Seems like a good facility so far. When I first showed up nobody was in the office and there was a sign saying they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be back for an hour. That was unexpected, but luckily we were able to track down the manager and she helped us out. They can provide a lock if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have one.

My unit was easy to get to, it was clean and Lana was awesome. Great customer service skills

Check-in staff members was frequently and welcoming. Easy location for a short-term rental for storage of college "stuff".

When I rented the space, the manager walked me to it and explained the contract minutely. When I went to start putting things there, I had no problem at all. It is early stages, but up until now, everything has been upfront and concise.

Didn't know I have to have a lock at the time of checkin. I had to purchase the lock even though I have one at home.

The property manager Chis was extremely helpful making sure I had the correct storage unit to fit my needs.

Chris was very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable. He explained everything to me (sometimes twice) as I am considered elderly. He treated me with respect & like family. He did not pressure me in any way. This is my second time renting here & I'll always come back if I need storage space. Thank you.

I had a pleasant experience getting a storage unit. The manager Chris was very helpful and insightful when answering my questions.

Great place. Clean, neat, friendly and professional.liked having plenty of flat beds available and longer evening hours.

This was my first time renting storage. Chris who signed me up was a sweetheart. However I am finding the hours 930-6 pm are not working for us. It took my son 45 minutes to drive to the storage and as soon as he got there he said the fence closed on him at 550 pm 2 days in a row. By the time he gets off work and coming from Hockessin it's not working out. I will call and talk to Chris about it but we will probably have to find a new place with hours that will work better for us.

Chris the property manager was perfectly professional, efficient, and personable while checking in and reviewing the documents to be signed. The storage space itself was on Labor Day sale and it appeared to be very well suited for my needs. The neighborhood was nice as well with regular patrols at night and a robust security system present. I give it 5 stars and recommend it.

The manager at this site, Chris, was so much more knowledgeable about the promos than another site I called first. He went through the paperwork quickly and thoroughly. Which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this site to family and friends.

I was helped by Chris- he was a friendly manager, really easy to talk to and very informative. The location was convenient for me and very secure. I felt like my belongings were safe. Go check them out!

5/22/17 = The site manager - Chris - gave me a 5-star service experience today. He helped me in several ways to create a path for me to regain access to a storage unit that I have been ignoring for years. (I had lost the key to the lock on my unit and the access code that opens the gate.) Chris was patient and professional in getting me on the paperwork path to being able to access my unit. The office was extremely busy today and I observed him helping (by phone or on site) five other customers for different issues during the hour that I was there in the same proactive, helpful way that he helped me. IMHO, that's 5 stars times six people!!

We arrived at the storage unit two hours earlier than our appointment, and we had just booked the unit the day before. Chris took us right away. He could not have been more helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courtesous, and just downright nice! Chris walked us through the entire process and made sure that the unit we rented was the right size for what we needed. It was so refreshing to find someone in the service industry who enjoys his job and understands what the word "service" means. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone!

Everything went smoothly & easily, but I feel because most renters, or at least I wasn't aware of extras involved...I feel I was overcharged for the lock needed for my unit, I also looked online & saw a lower price...that I would still like to get. Just a side note...ALL of your reps over the phone & in person where very courteous & polite.

This was my first time every renting a storage..

I got my storage unit to simplify my long commute. Now I don't have to worry that I left something a hundred miles away when I come to work. The location and security make my access quick and safe. And I'm not paying too much for the convenience.

The hours are good and the units are clean.. Easy gate entrench!!

Overall the price is affordable and it is close to my home...the receptionist was helpful and polite when i was signing up for my unit. I was surprised to find a mandatory insurance fee but at the time i just didnt have a choice but to sign a month to month lease.

Everyone was very helpful. I just wish you could reserve & do the paperwork online like I used to be able to do. However, the women that helped me over the phone were pleasant & very accommodating.

Our service was great, a friendly and out going young lady helped us look at open units. The only issue that I had was the price! This storage unit was quoted at a lesser price online, but after we got all said and done with our first payment was almost $80 more than the online quote! Had it not been getting ready to snow, I would have shopped around for another place to store my "toys".
