So we are moving and a lot of things we were not taking with us we wanted to put into storage. My fiancé and I looked around at all the closest facilities in our area and SmartStop Self Storage literally had the best pricing! All of the other facilities wanted almost double the price that they are charging here for their units and it's indoors! So in my opinion kind of a no-brainer there. Also, the receptionist I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, as well as showed me the facility and my unit before purchasing it to make sure it was the size I actually needed. So, overall we definitely had a great experience and if you decide to rent from here we hope to u do too!

facility is new which is nice however price increases are very unreasonable. started at $199 per month then it went to $286, now they want to go up to $387 in less than 2 years. this is ridiculous and of all the years I've been renting it never went up like this. now they have this same size unit for $155 upstairs and of course, they won't let a current customer or relative get it which also isn't standard in this business.they also won't work with customers who are complaining about these sharp increases to keep them.

It was much easier than I thought as I had never used one of these places. The person on the phone was very helpful as was the woman at the facility desk.

A self storage facility that other then busy the day we reserved Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m assuming most of the college kids also were no fault of theirs. Was clean and easy to navigate once let loose.

I was impressed, each person was better than the next. So helpful and knowledgeable. I've never rented a unit so they walked me through the process. They were local so they could explain how close to campus they were and how easy it would be for my daughter to get there. The facility was clean, they had push carts for furniture, automatic doors, both making moving furniture easier, well lit and secure.

Amazing customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, good prices. Very welcoming. Overall very pleased.

I am glad I ended up choosing this facility. I had reservations for another facility but this one met my needs perfectly.

The storage facility was chosen for its proximity to my work locations. The units themselves are as advertised and well priced for the area and given the prices for units during Covid. Great that there are no leases on the units.

It was fast, easy, clean and super friendly. Love that I don't feel like I have to worry about my belongings that I just don't have room for at the moment.
