I was so thankful to find a location with a good price, close to campus, and management that was so easy to work with and so helpful. Being 1500 miles away and trying to arrange for storage was difficult, but Sunny was more than helpful and understanding!!

I needed a 10by25 to store all the extra furniture and stuff after I sold my house. The storage is right around the corner from me. Staff was very nice and responsive. I was able to reserve the last of the same size unit left and was also able to move my stuff in right on the next day. The unit was perfect size for what I need to store away. I was also able to purchase a good quality lock at the office.

Moving all your stuff into storage is never a good time. But this whole process has been so much less stressful with how easy itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been to get the units, how nice the facility is, and how well the property manager has treated me. Thank you Angela!

Very easy process to reserve storage unit and then go and move in. Absolutely wonderful customer service made this process surprisingly fast with no issues. The facility itself is clean and easy to navigate with plenty of room to move around. All the units indoor and drive up seem to be easily accessible. I was able to get both units on special which saved me money on my first month. Also the actual monthly price ended up being cheaper than what was quoted online which was a nice surprise! Overall this has been as excellent experience and I highly recommended making them the first place you look if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in need of a storage unit.

I found the entire experience with SROA from my first phone call to my move-in excellent. service reps on the phone were very helpful and held my storage unit for 24 hours for free. When arriving at the office the rep ( Tara?) was very pleasant and efficient, and made check a breeze! the unit is very clean and very easy moving my items through the building, with wheeled dollies available to assist.
