Our experience was exceptional. We made a reservation early Sunday morning and shortly after received a call from Frances. We met with her and she showed us around and provided info about the facility and storage unit. She was friendly and very helpful.

Public storage ranks as one of the best facilities I've ever used. The office staff (Frances) is courteous, knows the product and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Frances thoughtfully walked me through the signing procedures as well as the actual unit I would occupy. The physical location is clean, secure and well cared for. I had no hesitation storing my possessions at the site.

Mrs. Frances asked if she gave a 5 star experience and to be honest I'd give her a 10 if I could! She was very inviting from the time she called me which was promptly, until the time I left with my storage unit! She was also extremely helpful in helping me pick out the appropriate size for my storage needs as well as save some money! Thank you so much Mrs. Frances!

No military discount, had i not had truck anf trailer full I'd have gone elsewhere. Finding the deal online then not being able to get deal when you call. The oh get onsite and then get hit with "mandatory" insurance, again if not fully loaded. BLUF, get moved and goods out ASAP

Sara was great. She let me know what my options were and recommended a 7X10 unit which is the perfect fit for my needs. Definitely recommend them to anyone with storage needs.

Excellent service from Frances

Frances was a blessing. She was very helpful and friendly.

I have been a customer of this public storage almost 8 years. I recently decided to move to a larger larger unit. After logging in to my account, I found a larger unit for a monthly rent of $519. I reserved it, and received a confirmation saying that my first month's rent would be $1 a $24 administrative fee. When I arrived at the office to move in, I was told I would have to pay the full rent plus the new account administration fee.

So far I'm loving it here. Francis made it so easy to make up our minds and get us all set up and ready to move our stuff in! She was very friendly, professional, and always had a smile on her face. She made it comforting to be there.
