The process of renting a 10x10 space at Sentinel Self Storage could not have been any easier. The office manager was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with use of this space.

Michelle at the front desk was kind, courteous, and helpful. The unit size was adequate for my needs, and I appreciate the fact that I am able to have access to the facility 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm.

The only thing I am a bit confused about is the sign outside the facility that offers a free month of rental...but I am told that offer was not available the day that I checked in. I was told the specials change daily and that there is fine print on the sign that you cannot read from the street indicating that there are some particulars.

Shortly after placing my online reservation, I received a follow up phone call from Michelle, who was pleasantly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When I went in the next day, Michelle remembered me and was well organized and prepared. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. Paperwork was quick and painless, explained in detail, with the opportunity for any questions. A unit walk through was done by both staff and myself, as well as pad lock check and gate / pin number check. Paperwork was neatly organized and in an envelope to keep it all together. I recommend Sentinel to anyone who enjoys great customer service, convenient location, ease of access and competitive pricing!

I have an upper floor unit but with the elevator and the large "truck" provided, it's very easy to access and it keeps the price lower for the same soze, a help for those on tight budgets.

Great experience. Would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing b the extra space
