Very Professional environment, responsive customer service.

I needed a convenient storage space of medium size. I looked at all the other facilities around me and this was the most convenient. The prices were also among the cheapest of them all. I went to view the property after I saved a space.. It exceeded my expectations for clean and bright.. The staff were both helpful and skilled at their jobs. Could not be a better deal or experience !!

I googled all self storage within 10 miles. Called a few. I appreciated the return call from… I think David but whoever it was was respectful helpful and not pushy. I rented a unit probably larger than needed but price was right and location super convenient. I really appreciated the follow up and easy instructions to move. Will be using again soon!

Initial contact was made via the internet from NC. My wife went down 2 wks prior to move, did paperwork, and moving our goods to storage went very smooth.

DEALING WITH THE OFFICE PEOPLE AND FOLLOW UP ON LOCATION AND GENERAL INFO HOW TOO GET IN AND USE THE FACILITY DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND NONE BUSINESS TIME

Little to hot in the temperature controlled building.

We didn't expect the spaces inside the air conditioned building to be former from chicken wire. Other than that unexpected surprise We are pleased with the facility's cleanliness, customer service and security.

Love your long access hours, motion detector lighting, hip-level smooth-ride carts by every door, and convenient ladders. Best of all: fabulous prices -- is that balanced by your insurance pricing? Being able to use our Homeowners Insurance made it wonderfully cheap!

I have never needed to rent storage space before. Dave of CubeSmart made the process super easy for me. He went over everything on the contract from policy to price. He could not have made it any easier for me.

Cube Smart was a bit further than I originally wanted to travel however itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in a nicet location and their price could not be beat! The staff person who registered us was friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous. It took about 20 minutes to register and go to our actual unit. The entire building including the unit was immaculate and the A/C was nice and cool. Highly recommend!
