Where do I start? My first call was to their office where the owner, Marshall answered the phone and kindly took down my info. As it turns out, at that time they were full and couldn't accommodate me. HOWEVER, less than a week later, as promised, Marshall called and texted me informing me that a space was opening up at their Deerfield location and that he could put me there temporarily until something came up in Boca. I was quickly sent a lease, signed all docs, moved to Deerfield and actually liked it so much there that I ended up staying put. The communication, honesty and transparency was and is unbelievable. I love that they are family owned and operated, and when I call, someone who is local answers every call, literally every call! A+++ 5 stars all around. 100% love this family owned business.

Although I didn't end up moving in here, the owner and service was exemplary. They even picked up my phone call at 2 am on a weekend, I never expected customer service like this anywhere! I definitely suggest going here if you need storage in Boca Raton.

This place is 1. well managed 2. reasonably priced. 3. responsive 4. prime location just off I95 and close to the boat ramps. At first I was shocked to hear that they had a wait list.....i waited 11 months for a space and I am so glad I did! The best of everything that storage can offer. Thank you a million Marshall and team for taking such good care of me!! 10++ stars

From the location to the owner and level of customer service , mizner storall is by far the best of the best. I dealt with marshall for my move in. He is a hands on owner operator and was able to get me situated via computer and phone. Smooth move in process with no headaches and no drama.
