It was an easy process from renting online, and moving into the storage unit. Staff was very helpful.

Storage unit was clean and was well kept. The registration process was quick and easy online. The staff member was very helpful by escorting me directly to my unit. I would recommend public storage to friends and family.

Very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. I was dismayed by add on charges such as charge for their mandatory lock and monthly insurance charge however it is a clean safe building. I would recommend it and staff is excellent.

The facility I moved into is fairly new, so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s extremely clean, modern, well-lit, and very secure! From start to finish the entire process was automated and therefore super-easy. And the staffﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ. sooooo friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend. Thank you all for your kind service and an excellent experience!!

We are very happy with our decision to rent a unit here. The facility is relatively new and very well-maintained. It is well-lit, secure and conveniently located right off the Turnpike in a nice commercial area. The property manager, Brittany, has been extremely helpful. She found us the right unit for the right price, to suit our needs and budget. Brittany gets an A for outstanding customer service!
