the front desk was so nice with assisting me finding the right space for me! I was overwhelmed at first, however the experience was easier and smoother than I had anticipated! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Lots of confusion about the registration at the local office. Different stories from different people. All worked out OK in the end but only after at least 6-8 phone calls. Was even told at one point if we did not come a day early they would not hold the reservation - not happy with that employee - wish I knew their name so I could complain about their attitude and lack of caring for the customer. It meant driving 75 miles round trip for a friend to check in a day early. In the end it was not necessary but caused a lot of ill will getting it sorted out.

Awesome staff. Shondella & Vivian were super friendly, very efficient and very helpful. Process was quick and easy. Boy can Shondella talk fast (in a good way). Facility is clean and well maintained. Access for loading is very easy with automatic doors (much easier than another storage facility I used). Hinged doors instead of roll up doors allow you to use all the space in the unit. Prices were great.

Getting a unit was easy, and the hours are convenient!

Great customer service goes a long way and when you encounter a happy cheerful person , it is refreshing and worth noting ! Vivian made a grueling experience much more tolerable :)
