Easy and comfortable ?

Not enough carts!! As I was moving my stuff out luckily I had 2 carts (so I thought)...one of the employees came out and asked me if I could give one of the carts to someone else. I quickly loaded my stuff and gave up the cart and had to do more trips with one cart.

Overall experience was excellent, except the insurance misinformation and purchase of a lock.

Registration was easy and the personnel was very professional and knowledgeable...

The folks at Public Storage did a great job at making the initial process of renting a storage space smoothe and easy. I highly recommend them.

Nice, clean, reliable place and affordable! The staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way. Had an issue with water in my unit and Claudia, the storage manager herself, helped me pack up and move my stuff to a different unit and has been very patient and helpful throughout the process and time of rental.

And then young lady Jory that helped us was very sweet and kind and very helpful to answer all her questions so we are very happy with her service.
