I experienced a few issues with the reservations that was annoying! I reserved a unit I liked and then it seemed like the reservation timed out and I lost the unit! That was extremely frustrating but in the end it all worked out.

Rented a 5x10, got a 5x9 instead as they appear to measure outer dimensions, not the actual amount of storage space available to you.

I am very mad with the way those girls treat it me.I am a senior.I wanted to transfer to a bigger unit 2 days after I got the smaller unit.I got a special price0n line, for a bigger room,I reserved it,I go there and they are not giving it to me with the discount price.They said you have to be new customer to get the discount.Is that true?I would like for somebody to call and talk to me.A manager.Not these girls that they think they are clever.With all do respect.Thank you. 516 426 9554.My name is Angelo..Thanks again.

Mirlene was awesome!! When I called to set up a unit she was very helpful in my choice of spaces needed. Over all it was a good experience. I have 2 units and I'm happy with the service,but I feel like they could give a slight discount for second unit or multiple units. That would be more encouraging to get multiple units.

Well received by the attendant!! Very friendly and attentive to customers. Good pricing!! Very difficult to exit yard. Only one exit and keypad not well located.
