It was fast and easy , and the service was wonderful, so helpful and pleasant, answered all my questions with no run arounds.

First time using a storage unit, wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure what to really expect. However, Nicole who helped me from start to finish was awesome! She explained everything I needed to know, showed me around and made the process so easy! She was extremely helpful and so sweet! Highly recommend!

This was my first time renting a storage unit from any location, although I had been present when family had in the past. Honestly everything was much smoother and easier than I expected, and the deal was incredible. I'm very happy with my choice and plan to stick around for a while.

Mariah was able to get me in and out, it was pouring raining out and that did not stop her from performing flawlessly and appealing to my every need. Please hire more like here she was exceptional.

For what I'm paying is cheaper than some others that i could find at the time, but I hate that I'm FORCED to pay a "renter's insurance" which now brings my bill up higher every month, the customer service representative was just rude and annoying most of the time I had questions or didn't understand something, I was located all the way in the back and the dollies are far too small and minimal, only reason I'm renting here is because it's cheaper than most.

From start to finish my experience with Public Storage was a great success. This was an unexpected event for me and I needed a storage unit quickly. The service person assisted me with some personal obstacles and made sure I had all the tools and resources I needed to move my items into my unit. I am thankful, grateful and appreciate the high level of customer service. The facility is very clean, well maintained and has a strong level of security. This is an easy in and out, I am very satisfied and can recommend with no hesitation. Thanks so much!

WOW - had a great experience signing up online and then checking into a new Public Storage facility in Deerfield Beach, FL. The staff was professional and friendly and assigned me a unit and gave me all of the relevant instructions, security codes, hours of operations, etc. Payment by credit card is easy and automatic. Check out their online promotions. I got a discount and a free month of storage.
