Illegal lock out on a prepaid unit.!! No notice. Just a green lock on the unit when I arrived with a truck to unload. Unit was leased to me (and paid) a week ago. Office closed and no emergency number to call. Responded to Manager's "thank you" email to tell her of issue and email came back as an unknown address. What a horrible way to run a business. She seemed very nice. But this is truly terrible, as well as totally illegal.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with Extra Space Storage. The building is immaculate, the unit was clean and the manager even offered to switch mine because there was an air duct that blocked some of the overhead space. There were flatbed trucks to help carry my items to the storage unit which was a big help. Booking reservation was easy and an agent called me within minutes to set up a date to view the facility. They have good security with cameras everywhere and keypads with PIN numbers to enter. I highly recommend renting from here.

Building and unit is very clean, well lit and air conditioned. Great price with online reservation.
