I like the app that lets you in and out of the facility.

The front desk person was very helpful and professional. The facility works for our needs. We would have preferred a storage unit with power for the car trickle charger.

We are very happy with Nicole (site manager) the service we received. It is our first time purchasing a motorcoach and renting an outdoor storage parking spot. Nicole was informative and helped us through all the needed information to give us peace of mind that our RV is safely secure. THANKS!

I found a great space for my jet skis, pricing was good and the setup process was Covid friendly. Daniel was great on the phone describing the space and help me get the skis into place upon my arrival. Good job all around!

Online reservation was easy to execute. Adria was very helpful when I went in to sign the agreement. Climate controlled unit was easy to access and plenty of lights and carts helped make move in a breeze. I highly recommend this facility.

I came to public storage not knowing anything about how to decide on what kind of storage unit I might need. I was greeted by Berthy and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision on a unit. I highly suggest using this facility, it is clean and has very good service.

Just off 41 and convenient to my house. Berthy, the site manager was well informed, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The facility is large clean and secure. This was just what we needed for our boat, at the right time.

The service was awesome with great security. Berths and Samara were very helpful. I highly recommend.

We recently rented an outdoor spot for our camper at Public Storage. It took a while to get all the information required (proof of insurance, title, etc.) Adria was great - very helpful and patient! The facility seems to be very secure, while at the same time, giving easy access to our camper. We are happy campers!!!

All in all a good experience my first time ever putting something in Stuart everything ran smoothly everything went great I just had a few unnecessary phone calls in addition to my arrival a little bit information should have been given on what type proof that I needed to bring with a vehicle boat trailer accessory of ownership but all in all I had everything that they had asked for other than that the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful in every way the Bonita Springs Branch gave me a new perspective on storage Lots I had no idea it was that much security it made me feel comfortable leaving my things with them and their hands
