I visited this facility yesterday as I usually do monthly. Hard to believe I have been their happy customer since 2011. I'd say it is because the premises are easy to access, kept immaculate and were recently refurbished inside and out. The displayed store contents make storage planning easy for anyone moving property in. And most of all, Jim the onsite manager is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, spending as much time as necessary to answer any questions and concerns.

Price is a little high and the gate opens slowly and closes slowly (which leads to tailgating). But overall the place is clean and the staff is nice. Good enough for a storage place. And they said they'd be offering a truck soon.
