I had a wonderful experience obtaining my first ever storage spot with many years. Charlie and Patty were very friendly and explained everything in simple terms and I was finished the paperwork in less than 10 minutes.

This is my first experience with having the storage plates and the combination of friendliness, cleanliness and good infrastructure made this process very easy. I’m very happy that I chose this company and I would recommend it.

I was taken care of from phone call to return deposit. The units are clean, nicely cooled for the indoor units and spacious. Tall ceilings! It's really nice to be at a facility that takes care of their property. Easy to get in and out and plenty of room to drive. I got a great deal off of the website Sparefoot which included one free month and a $10 Starbucks card. Who else does that!? Also, a courtesy truck for the move for free! The administration fee is lower than others so that sold it for me along with everything else I mentioned. And the best part, great customer service!

This is a great place, and a great location on a main avenue. Super clean, very safe and a friendly environment. The accommodations and the people who run the facility, are there to help you, every step of the way! They have everything you need there, a truck, hand carts, dollies, boxes, wrap, tape, locks, etc. And their prices are very fair and reasonable! I highly recommend this place!👍

I have rented my fair share of storage units over the past 15 years and I must say the pricing beats other places. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean and you get use of a free moving truck. Just have to pay Insurance of $19 and fill up when you return. Charles and Carrie are just the nicest people. Friendly and helpful.

The person who offered me service was really rude practically yelling during our transaction horrible customer service apparently he wanted to go home and not do his job. The place itself was fine but because of then on welcoming personnel who offered horrible customer service I would not recommend

Mini U Storage much better than competition in the area; Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had experience with several other companies. What stands out is the service, cleanliness and available hours. Prices better than competitors. And they provide one-time use of a truck for free when you move in.

They loaned me a move in truck for the day and I only needed to cover the 19.00 insurance fee. Great help and very clean facility.

I have tried two competitor locations in Boynton, and found them sorely lacking in upkeep, cleanliness, pest control and AC. Mini-U exceeds expectations on all these fronts. That’s why I’m here for a second time and glad to be done with their “big name” franchise competitors. The selfstorage.com site made it super easy to find and book a unit.

Mini U does it right. My experience started a few months ago with Dennis behind the desk, who is exceptional and professional at his job. My latest trip to this secure property put me in touch with the property manager and his wife, who knew my unit by my mention of just a minor detail. Not bad for a gentleman in charge of hundreds of units and having never met me before. My point is, if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re going to store your stuff, it would be in your best interest to do it here. Everything about this place is first rate. Service, security, fair price. If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re reading this, I think youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re done shopping

The facility is always clean inside and outside. The air conditioner works and I've never had a problem with anything for all these years. I trust the Management because they have always been reasonable and fair. I would recommend these storage units to all my friends.

Overall, very pleased with our experience at Mini-U Storage. The pricing is a little bit higher than others in the area and from when it was Guardian Storage, however the improvements since that transition have been appreciated.

Kerri & Charles are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Bathrooms are always clean and the storage area is spotless. I would definitely use this place again should I ever need too again.

Would rate higher but 5 stars the max can rate. Of all the storage facilities I have used in the past several years Mini U of Boynton Beach takes TOP Honors. The Management Staff absolutely care about Customer Service it not just a slogan but a way of life. They always ready to assist no matter what and "No" just not in their vocabulary. I really cannot say enough about how happy we are to store our unit at this facility. Its clean and neat too. So I guess after all is said and done this is just the Very Best....PERIOD

John & Vicki were very helpful the day I walked in to discuss unit sizes & pricing. The follow up with Carrie & Charles (on site Managers) was even better. I had to move in the rain & Charles left me a push wagon by the side door in & they also provided a move in vehicle to help with the process. I'm very pleased!
