Public Storage - Boynton Beach - 3400 S Congress Ave

There is a spot from a dead rat in my unit . Today I could not find a dolly, had to haul by hand Made one step and fell into the hall from front door.there needs to be a yellow strip so I could see the step up.i put a strip of tape to remind me to step up I would appreciate the next time I come, there is at least one cart

I have been with Public Storage for most of my adult life and I've yet to experience a storage situation they couldn't handle efficiently and usually at or.near the best price. And their reputation goes a long way!

8x20 parking space #26 is difficult to maneuver a 7x14 enclosed trailer into due to the building and curb in front of the parking spots. The area could have been better designed to facilitate parking without disconnecting the trailer from the hitch and manually pushing the trailer into the spot. However, the location and security level are both positives.

This was my first time using Public Storage. Our representative Tiffany was very friendly and helpful in the process of signing me up for a unit and walked me through the process with clear instructions. The unit and storage areas were clean and easy to use.

Nice place even though my $24/mth deal ended up costing me $71 my first month! $15 insurance per month required on a 5x5 unit I pay $24/mth for? A bit odd, yes? The only place (they all operate like this) you CAN'T turn down insurance and take a chance where you know the risk of loss is Z E R O.

Tiffany helped me in finding the correct storage unit for my needs, I have to say she was the nicest person I have yet met in Florida and I have been here 14years. She was so helpful and explained everything very well. I had looked 4 other places, some less expensive, but because of her kindness and explaining of your facility, I chose your company.

I give David a 5 star rating is very professional and informative, making my move nice and easy. On the other hand the owners of Public Storage need to take care of the facility 100x better. I give the owners No stars for cleanliness of the building, the floors are disgusting, and you need to check for mold or dust because when I walk in the building I start blowing my nose and sneezing, the outside of the building I saw food, cups garbage on the outside of the building. It does not look good at all and I am looking for another place to move out because of all I said the uncleanliness and the dust in the building.

Just wish the overhead door was as wide as the space, not two foot shorter!!

Throughout my two years in college with the transitioning from summer to fall, Public Storage as not let me down. The availability is always great as well as the access hours. The pricing with frequent discounts are also very very convenient. Definitely would recommend to a friend

Toshaa & Kepler were FANTASTIC. I dealt primarily with Toshaa, who very kindly and patiently walked me through the entire public storage rental process (as I had not done it before). If you're looking for good, trustworthy people & a nice, clean, safe facility, I heartily recommend this Public Storage site.

Toshsa was warm and friendly from the start! As I was sort of in a very bad situation with needing space ASAP and was very anxious but she took care of everything and got me to relax. The place is perfect and super clean and close to 95 for easy access. I am glad I found this place!

Jacobi did an excellent job very patient my first time getting a storage took his time and answered all my questions and i ended up getting wrong size with his help and his lady supervisor or coworker they made the change process very easy and found me the best rate to fit my income.

Great experience! I worked with Sherry who was caring and genuinely interested in my needs. Have run into a couple of other employees who were super friendly as well! The building/grounds are always clean as well!

Two Things- 1. When we got our unit we denied getting insurance for it. The very next day I got a call/voicemail in the morning saying that "they needed to speak to me as soon as possible regarding an URGENT MATTER". Obviously I immediately started thinking the worst.. fire, flood, robbery. But when I called it wasn't any of those things. The URGENT MATTER was that we needed to sign our automatic payment form. NOT AN URGENT MATTER. But I was sent into panic mode for literally no reason. 2. We purchased a lock because the one I had was barely too thick to fit on the door. That night we looked it up online and saw that Walmart had the same exact locks for half the price. (So much for everything Public Storage sells being 30% off, it's so overpriced even with 30% off it's still more expensive). So the next morning we called Public Storage to see if we could return the lock, the woman said "she thinks so but was unsure and to just come in and we can figure it out". So we go to Walmart buy the new lock and go to Public Storage. Then they say "Sorry no returns on locks because you could have copied the key." First of all, how would we even be able to locate the lock again in that huge storage facility. How would we even know if it was resold or who it was resold to? So basically we were ripped off about $10 for a lock that was "30% off" then our time was wasted because we had to go back to Walmart to return the lock we had just purchased and we weren't able to make the return. So far I can't say we're impressed.

I'd like to the price at like to the location the only problem that I had was a $25 admin fee I was kind of a hidden type cost. if I'm renting month to month why would I have to pay a $25 admin fee? other than that the staff is very friendly

I reached the point that I ran out of storage room...Looked at the multiple storage companies in my area and Public Storage has the best price for the size unit I needed as well as the best access and security for my "stuff". The whole process was simple and quick. Online reservation, finalization of the paperwork and moving my stuff in. Now I have room again.

i had good experiences with everyone i dealt with on the phone and in person. the storage space were clean and well lit. good security and good location. the prices seem fair. this is the first time i have ever used a storage space and it was a good experience.

My first experience with a storage company has been a positive one, thanks to Public Storage. The facility is well secured, well lit, clean and safe. The staff is helpful, professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I showed up with a truck, they gave me one month in a 30x10 unit for $53! Perfect solution while waiting for my house to close.

I chose this storage facility because it's close to my office, and they offered an online reservation and discount. This location is large and my unit is way in the back, which is okay, but there are times when there are no carts around to pull loads into unit. The gate has been inoperable twice in the past two weeks when I visited also. The air conditioner is kept at the bare minimum as well, bordering too hot, but I haven't seen how it is during the hotter months yet. I also reserve a/c at home this time of year. Time will tell if I choose to stay at this location.
