The staff that I have dealt with; in person or over the phone (all calls returned in a reasonable amount of time), have been very helpful, friendly and personable. Nothing but greatness! I hope that they are rewarded accordingly.

The staff was awesome! Their help was invaluable & they far exceeded my expectations in professionalism . They help me with a problem I was having with returning a rental to a specific location which they didn't have to.

Went to the closest location looking for an outdoor unit. They did not have what I was looking for but called others in the area and found what I needed. They made me a reservation and we are ready for me when I showed up! Everybody went above and beyond whatwas expected is expected

The costomer service i experienced with public storage was top-notch. Tasha made me feel like i was a part of the family. She was the reason i chose public storage rather then another storage facility. What ever you guys do you need to hire more staff like her.

Toshaa & Kepler were FANTASTIC. I dealt primarily with Toshaa, who very kindly and patiently walked me through the entire public storage rental process (as I had not done it before). If you're looking for good, trustworthy people & a nice, clean, safe facility, I heartily recommend this Public Storage site.

Toshsa was warm and friendly from the start! As I was sort of in a very bad situation with needing space ASAP and was very anxious but she took care of everything and got me to relax. The place is perfect and super clean and close to 95 for easy access. I am glad I found this place!

Jacobi did an excellent job very patient my first time getting a storage took his time and answered all my questions and i ended up getting wrong size with his help and his lady supervisor or coworker they made the change process very easy and found me the best rate to fit my income.

Great experience! I worked with Sherry who was caring and genuinely interested in my needs. Have run into a couple of other employees who were super friendly as well! The building/grounds are always clean as well!

Moving is never easy and having to move your personal things into storage is always difficult. I feel Public Storage has always comes through for me. Great staff and easy to work with.

I've heard from a few people that after the initial pricing (50% off), the cost jumps after 6 months. I felt trapped that after I had signed up, I was told it would be another $11 "insurance" which I felt was a sketchy tactic. If the price increase happens, I will remove my stuff and go elsewhere.
