Employees are great, Building smells of urine and the outside door to the building does not locked securely

My 2 complaints: T here are no door stops on the outside or inside doors. We had to wedge the doors open using cardboard. Please add door stops. Gate closes at 9pm. We unfortunately arrived at 9:15. Had to come back at 6am to unload the truck, return the truck to uhaul and then make our 11 hour drive. The place is like fort Knox, why not have 24 hour access? The code used states the name of the person, they also have cameras, so why not have 24hr access? The place is the least expensive around. Super easy access right off the highway. Very friendly staff, I've dealt with them a few times and they are super nice!

Honestly, Public storage is my home, i like the rules, there honesty to me, they kept everything safe, i also recommend a lot of people.

It's great to finally come in and speak to someone who actually knows what they're talking about. I came in stressed, not knowing what I was going to do with my belongings and Jarrett ensured that I left with a brand new storage unit and a smile to top it off. If GREAT customer service and friendliness is what you're looking for then this is the storage unit to go to and Jarrett is the person with whom to speak.
