I reserved the unit online and prior to my move-in date made an appt with Daissy to show me the facility and where my storage unit would be. When I went into the office to complete the paperwork on my move-in date, the process was very quick. Everyone I have spoken to and worked with have been very friendly and helpful. And I really like the easy and secure access to my unit.

Marianne was very helpful and knowledgeable she knew which storage I needed. I will rent from them again.

I have used this facility in the past (2013) and it continues to provide excellent service for the money. Always clean and organized. I highly recommend this facility and its staff.

This is my 3rd time renting a storage unit at Renaissance self storage. The facility is spotless and well lit. George the manager is extremely helpful and courteous.

This is my first time using this storage the staff was very professional. They had answered all of my questions they made me feel at home also like family. The storage is very convenient for me. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had to make arrangements from another state to remove a relative's belongings from one of the units. Maryann and the other employees were courteous and helpful. She put me in contact with a great fellow who took care of items I did not want to ship. Highly recommend. (I did not rent the unit myself so do not have any comment on prices, but they seem reasonable for the area. My relative was a 12-year customer.)

Gary was the reason I chose this storage unit after visiting with three other places. Straight to the point, quick efficient, and very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had with confidence and ease.

Quick professional and friendly - made valid suggestions that I considered and made. I would recommend to others. Great location - easy access and location is near a variety of great restaurants. Priced lower than other storages places I have used and provides access very near my home.

Gary was so helpful. I was in a bind having to move my daughterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s stuff out quickly. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to do with it as her new place wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ready. I called the location and Gary was so helpful and friendly. He made me feel so much at ease and the location could not be nicer or more convenient.

All around experience was good, Too bad the smallest units were blocked by posts. Otherwise very good.

This place is amazing! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s convenient, near a lot of restaurants and shopping plazas so thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s plenty to do afterwards. It has security monitoring which I love and most storage places in the area open at 6am and close at 9pm but Renaissance Self Storage opens at 6am and closes at 10pm!

Check in prices for the unit was very easy. Gary did a great job going over how the process worked. I would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Is the best location that I have found in the Boynton Beach Area.

When I complained to the female attendant that there was no carts and I had 15 heavy boxes to transport to the third floor, she made excuses for people who put the carts inside their storage container… She said “it is not intentional but sometimes they are lazy or in a hurry so they leave the cart inside the container “ … in effect giving him permission’. Meanwhile I could not unload the 15 boxes and had to drive them around in my car hoping that today I will be able to find a cart!!!!

Was able to rent my unit and load unload my belongings in under an hour. Friendly and fast service, the facilities were well kept, easy to use, and I felt very safe leaving items there for a few months.

The whole transition was seamlessly easy and Gary's attention to details made us stay with said storage facility.

Gary the facility Manager at Renaissance storage #6577, is actively involved in the overall cleanliness of the facility. He keeps a watchful eye to ensure that you may have access to your property with the confidence you are in a safe and secure property. He is very respectful and courteous during his interactions with renters. I know my personal items are safe and secure at this property.

First let me thank Jennifer for all of her help when I first made my reservation and Gary for making my registration fast and painless. They made this usually difficult procedure a breeze. Generally, I have found Customer Service is a thing of the past, but Jennifer and Gary displayed caring and professionalism which is greatly appreciated. I am a disabled senior I was not only impressed by the personal assistance I received but the extraordinary facility and fair price. I would definitely recommend The Renaissance Self Storage to anyone in need of storage and/or moving supplies.

Everything was great, organized and clean! The staff was friendly, and competent. I think I was there about half an hour all said and done. Good experience and would recommend!
