They were very welcoming. Helped me 5 minutes before closing. Was very friendly.

Traffic on 41 is heavy it makes in difficult to enter or exit, parking lot in front of office very small. On good for a couple vehicles. Nice to see cameras when you first pull in to the storing area. But after that no cameras any where else. It is fence in but some fences look easy to climb over. Sincerely Robert Despres.

Moving can be a stressful experience and the staff at the Bradenton location was kind and helpful, making the move a little easier.

I found this deal just in time! My previous storage had raised my rate to a much higher rate than I had the month before so....here I am at CubeSmart! Thank goodness for them being here at just the right time with a great deal!

It was a miracle we found this space at such a great price after our previous storage place upped our price to almost double what it was. So glad we found this CubeSmart with just what we needed!

Very nice staff. Little concerned about security with some cameras not working. Also, damaged fence from hurricane needs attention. Hopefully these issues are addressed soon.

Good quality place clean nice

Everything was fine except I found it hard when I was coming in and cars was coming out at the same time there was not enough room unless one of us had to back up.

Great customer service both on phone and in person. Clean and pretty good price. Only thing is while moving in a man was urinating on a tree. I saw a penis I didn't need to see. There is a bathroom that could have been utilized.

Great! everyone was so nice to work with and there customer services is by far the best! they really care for you and making your experience a joyful one!

Other than the cost of $10.00 for thier "special lock" and the $20.00 mandatory monthly insurance cost, the value was excellent. Compared to other storages that I exhausted my resources researching with pricing for the same size unit which ranged from $135-275 it's acceptable.

Manager - Michael was very helpful and a good person

Got a 10x10 for the same price as the other guys 5x10. Still needed to buy their lock to get a bay but also had half off the first month so it really was a good deal. Plenty of room to drive even with a trailer.

Love it; great people in the office. The only reason I said somewhat unsafe is because the gate is broken. I will very safe once it is working.

There were some charges (taxes and insurance) that I hadn't anticipated, and the fence around the facility looked easy to jump but they had a great camera security system. But it was much nicer than the last storage place we used!
