I'm a new customer. Christine was on duty when I went in & had just come from checking my unit for readiness. Christine was a real treat, pleasant, happy, & fun person. I will say to make sure you have your homeowners/renters declaration page with you at the time of signing. The unit is spotless & convenient. Great nighttime lighting with multiple security cameras though I cannot say if they are monitored. So far exceptionally pleased.

Need to let new customers know where we can get carts to u load stuff i wasn't informed whether or not you had them. I had to walk box by box to my unit
