I have a husband with a serious health condition . The fact I had to move in under those conditions . Despicable. There leaks in the roof water all over the floor throughout the facility .

Bathroom out of service, but other than that Overall good experience.

I am very pleased that I chose this storage! My last one was not a pleasant experience! Denis is fairly new and miscalculated the fees and forgot to give me access gate code then I had issues with registration but he assist immediately and now everything is fine! I'm really happy with the size of the unit and being indoors!

Happy with everything except for advertisement

Facility is very clean and I was able to access my unit easily. The manager was very organized and helpful with the rental process. I would recommend this storage facility to friends.

Hard to find a nice unit for a good price. I wish there was access to moving carts on Sunday. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s my only day off to do any moving.

On a whole the experience so far was top notch! I feel lime the insurance was higher then outhers but with that it was still a better value than the competition.

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!!! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. This storage place is the worst business that I've ever dealt with. I was told by a property manager that I had insurance on my account and come to find out she never put it on there (which is REQUIRED by the company). I later find that my entire storage unit was ransacked through, I filed a police report and everything. The company is telling me there is nothing that I can do now since my unit didn't have insurance so I was scammed because I was assured my unit did have insurance! And surprise, surprise the property manger that assured me I had the insurance got FIRED along with other workers as well. There have been other complaints about people's units being broken into and things being stolen. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!! This place is not safe at all!!!

This rental was a last minute thing and they made it easy and hassel free with tons of help and never left me with unanswered questions or concerns

Great place clean secure bright lights that actually stay on while your there. The only issue I had was I had to move in the contents of a 16 ft truck 1 or 2 boxes at a time they only have 2 or 3 hand carts an 2 of those are locked away in people's units for thier private use. I watched these people lock them away. So my 2to3 hour job took all day long.

We are very happy that we decided to use the Go Store It company. The customer service wasgreat, the building is very clean and the price is right. I will definitely recommend them for any of your storage needs.

This is a newer facility, clean and accessible. My internet search found this facility to have the best price for a 10' × 10' storage unit (Which is what I beeded for my business storage). The facility is around 1 year old and still in good clean condition. It is all climate controlled, somewhat of a maze inside, but has multiple entrances that makes getting to your unit easier. There are carts available to make transporting items to and from your unit easy. i am satusfied with my decision to use this storage facility.

Good customer service, main facility clean just unit had a little trash in it. Price is ok compared to most others. Main issue is not enough full size moving carts.

I reserved my unit online and when I went in the staff were awesome! Showed me my unit explained everything. I'm extremely happy with my service so far.

I tried to reach my storage for 2 days and I cannot. The building is closed for at least 2 days, no messages, nobody there to inform anything and in costumer service the attendent only write a message..... crazy.... no power, no AC, no way to enter in tge building, no way to reach the storage...

I live far from there half hour but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mind to drive to the storage because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really clean with the air conditioner and the good price with free first month!! Love it here cannot go anywhere else. Big recommend!!!

Staff was kind and quick with finalizing reservation. I had a few questions and the staff member who was helping me answered my questions when I didn't understand something she stayed patient and broke it down further so I understood clearly. Place is clean. I would suggest more flatbed moving equipment for use but otherwise very great storage place.

I have rented 5 units in the past several months. This was far the BEST experience. The employees were supper helpful. If you need to rent storage this is the PLACE.

Very clean facility. A floor layout would be helpful at the end of all the aisles. It's great that carts are available for out use. Michelle (employee) is very courteous and helpful.

Troy and Melissa are fabulous. Troy walked me through everything over the phone and Melissa was on-site when we arrived to provide instructions and information. The facility is CLEAN and the inside secured. Troy is retired military and I enjoyed chatting with him about my husband's Air Force football career. They offered a military discount as well. Thank you both!
