I have been paying monthly for approximately 2 1/2 years for a small aid conditioned unit to store important documents and personal items at Midgard storage located at 10810 Internet Place, Bradenton, Fl. 34211. On Nov. 3, 2021 I opened my unit to retrieve folding chairs. I noticed that there was water on the floor and that a number of the boxes had water stains. I went to the front office and the "manager" came to the unit and viewed the water problem. He said that he would call the air conditioning company (assuming that was the problem) and I would receive a phone call immediately thereafter. Nothing. On Nov. 12 I went back to the unit and saw that the water damage had spread throughout the unit although it appeared dry. I went to the office to see what had transpired and the lady had no clue and stated that the manager was not there. Great. I can only assume that numerous boxes are ruined and that contents are moldy as well as luggage stored in the unit. There appears to be no one in charge of this place.

This experience went very easy we unloaded and got to leave the u=haul there which made it so nice not to have to drive somewhere else to drop it of. The guy at front desk was very helpful with what we had to do to get our storage unit.
