Midgard Self Storage - Bradenton - 8785 East State Road 70

This facility is very well maintained. Access with codes makes it secure. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable, courteous & patient.

Paperwork is a bit timely, but it is necessary. I went to the site to access my parking spot. I live in an HOA and they are restrictive about work vehicles despite the newer bill that was passed. I needed help since I didn't have all the paperwork needed. I was able to provide it to the Virtual rep who could see me, and I could see them on the screen in the lobby. It would have been preferrable to receive a notification before I arrived, but she was helpful and able to give me access.

I HATE that you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a real person present in the office.

Easy to reserve and process documents online. Received all my info via email. easy and simple to refer to when need it. The Online advertisement stated that was a Drive up unit. Ours is actually located inside a small hallway. So not a true Drive up. Could have been an issue if had bulky furniture but at this point we are only storing boxes. We had an issue to figure out to open the door of the storage unit. I called the office and got a Call center. Worse customer services, the staff member was not listening to my issue and request. I finally walked in to the office, and got some help from Kay, who was very professional and friendly. She saves the day!

It was an extremely smooth process for me to reserve an outside parking space for the seasonal storage of my auto. Because I am out of state I was anxious to locate a storage facility where I would feel confident that my car would be safely stored. I don't think that I could have found a better facility than Midgrade Self Storage located on RT 70 Bradenton. It was very convenient to reserve online through SpareFoot. A few minutes after I completed the online reservation, I called Midgrade Self Storage to make sure that there was a parking space reserved for my auto. The manager answered my phone call immediately. All of the information I had entered was already in his system, he knew my name, auto identification, etc. I was under time pressure to receive confirmation and was very pleased for arrangements to have been made with very little work on my part. The feedback from the person who drove my car there was that it was a clean, professionally managed facility with good security practices in place. The location on RT 70 is close to RT 75, easy to drive to, and within a safe surrounding area. It will most definitely be my choice for auto storage going forward.

We used this location for overflow storage of materials for my family business & 2 other midguard locations as well. Always extremely satisfied with customer service, cleanliness & overall experience. Now I am renting a unit for me personally & will come back again if I ever needed to! I highly recommend

I had a good experience before I even went walk into the building. I called beforehand and said I was going to be late and the employee or manager who answered said that they would wait longer until after they closed for me and I thought it was very nice and considerate of him. I was in a tight time frame so it really helped me out and I can't thank him enough I don't know his name or else I would add it to this post but thank you if you are reading this!
