Missy was the most helpful storage manager I've met in 25 years of renting storage units! She called me several times to answer questions I had about specific units (I was renting from 1200 miles away) so I could get the best one for my needs. She even met me on a day she was supposed to be st a district meeting to be sure everything went smoothly! She also set up the Public Storage app on my phone personally! I was extremely impressed with the facility - it is immaculate! Not a speck of dirt or debris anywhere. I lucked out finding this storage facility! Highly recommend to anyone.

Process was easy. Perfect size for what I needed. Can't complain.

the guy who called me twice to tell me i didn't show up for my reservation and gave me so much wrong info shouldn't be working there. the gentleman who actual was working the day i went in to get the unit was excelant

Brandon did an excellent job finding me a storage unit and at the right price. I shopped around and public storage had the best rates and gave me the best deal.The facility is clean and access is easy and the location was great!

I looked at a lot of options, and the online special was a great savings, so I chose this facility. So far,it has been great. I put things in storage, the gate and doors lock, and I am not worried about my stuff. Even better than being at home!

Good honest easy to work with.

Property manager was great. I was a little taken back by the hidden charges. I'll take the blame as I should have researched further. Customers are required to purchase only their lock. Customers are required to purchase insurance through them or are not allowed to rent. Things like this I find a little shady. Property and storage units are great. I wish there was better disclosures when reserving online.

Reserved the space online. Then I met with Dana the next morning to complete the paperwork and locate the storage unit. The process was quick and painless.

Alicia was there to help out my mother and me, she was fast, efficient, and great at explaining what was happening, and going into depth about how things would go down. She got us in and out super fast with no time wasted, well being polite, and made sure that we were understanding all that was happening, how things worked, and where things were. 10/10 She's got some good jokes, definitely could keep the flow of the conversation, and made it super comfortable to be there.

This is one of the best public storage places in the area! Its always clean, and Tabatha is so nice and always helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

The people working here are extremely friendly. My problem lies in the a/c. In May, the interior was so cool I thought it was wonderful moving in here. Now the temperature inside is as bad as outside for the past 2 weeks. I don't think it's fair to pay the same for a climate control unit as the non-climate control units. Within minutes of being inside, I'm sweating. Also, no one seems to clean inside the building. I see the same dirt, paper, and dead bugs on the floor for several weeks. I have not mentioned anything, but I don't think I should have to. UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, it seems that the air has been adjusted, the place is cleaner, and some issues have been fixed. There is still a problem with the auto lights not going on in the aisle towards the restrooms, but I don't know if they are aware of that.

I just wanted to say that i had a great experience when i visited this location. The property Mrg Tabatha made it so easy simple & effortless on our part. I will definitely be referring my mom to switch to this company & location.

I had a very, very, bad experience with another storage facility. I was extremely frustrated about it. I explained to Cheyenne what I had been going through. She was empathetic , patient, gave me lots 8f options, answered all my silly questions, made extra copies etc & even sold me boxes I know I won't use now. She did all of this with a wonderful warm smile..

I have nothing but good things to say about Public Storage and it's employees.
