Spent 2 hours trying to get unit on a Kiosk because there was no human to help me.

Place is clean,very secured, and excellent customer service.

The manager was great. She showed me a couple of options and let me choose without pressure.

I like the facility but feel like the price is too high. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. No issues there. For a 5x5 the price should be lower. Extra Space is less expensive and temp controlled due to indoor storage. If Public Storage was indoors and temp controlled I could understand the higher cost.

Everything exceeded my expectations expect a locked bathroom??? Ugh left me with little option.

Renting process was easy and pleasant. Facility is very clean. My only issue is that the entrance code did not work until we tried it about 50 times. It was after hours and we had a truck and a SUV loaded with stuff to store.

Associates are always very friendly and nice when you come in and see them walking around the complex. Very clean fascility.

My experience was very pleasant and the representative was very knowledgeable about the insurance for the unit and also the local prices I was honored to get the Labor Day sale which was able to save me quite a bit of money.

I had my movers unload my furniture there. Everything went as planned. No hiccups....

Holly is a GREAT employee!!! her customer service was so on point!! I was having a bad day and I was trying to move from a public storage unit that didn't have a smaller unit since I was downsizing and Holly was able to get her District manager to let me move in under the$1.00 rate!!! Sometimes its the little things that make people have a GREAT experience.!! She made my day helped me with my issue!! She was VERY nice and helpful!! Great service at this location. And on top that The manager called me the next week just to check on how my move was and if I need anything to call her VERY nice of them!!!

I needed to move a friends belongings from his house to a storage in a hurry. His health failed and I had to send him to Chicago, near his family. I found myself responsible for so his personal belongings. As I started looking for a storage unit, The prices shocked me! Cheapest one was $218 for a 10x10 unit without climate control. I never realized how expensive storage was here in Florida. A couple days before or move, I came across this new place, Public Storage on Cortez. It was their grand opening. I was amazed at the difference in price. I reserved a 9x20 climate controlled space for $145 a month with the first month $1.00. Krystal was amazing!!!! She walked me through the process with ease and made me feel 100% comfortable, knowing my friends personal belongings would be safe in their care. For that, I'm grateful. I felt a huge weight, lifted from my shoulders. Thank u Krystal!!
