The storage facility is very clean and access is easy. We save money by choosing this storage facility over another one nearby that was 50% higher cost. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Nick came over from another facility (calls were forwarded to his facility since there was no one in the office at the time) to meet up and get me setup with a 10x10 storage unit after the mixup from the previous day. He really was very helpful and had a great attitude Thanks for all your help Nick.

It was very simple to obtain my unit. The price is reasonable and the storage area was super clean.

I didn't know until I had already contracted with your company that insurance was mandated. I may have missed it on the web site That it was mandatory. I did see if I contracted on line I had to pay for it So I went into the office and was told I still had to pay for it. The belongings I have in the unit don't have a value of $5,000.00 and yet I had to pay insurance to cover that amount. Also going through the gate is not convenient to have to get out of your car to punch in the code

When you have friendly employees that make you laugh and feels like family. It very comfortable to store your belongs there. I would recommend Public Storage.

I felt that you don't care about the up keep of the office. The manager was very nice and very friendly .I didn't care that you make a person get the insurance, that tells me you have bad security.

I looked at a space, reserved it paid for the first month which was not going to start for a few days, then upon further examination or was determined my boat would not fit in the spot so I did not use the space, never had the company lock removed never added my own lock and notified the on site management that I would not be using the unit. I was simply told no refunds so I lost around 109.00 dealing with you folks. Yep bad experience.

The staff at Public Storage was very friendly and efficient in spite of computer troubles. I had my space and unloaded as easily as I ever have. I not only would recommend this site to friends, I already have. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Jim

Didn't know insurance was required if not for having a credit card on me it would have been a wasted trip.

Brandy was very professional and had our account set up very quickly. She answered my questions and took me for a ride to see my unit! I think I even got her to crack a smile when I referred to the Cadillac ride on the golf cart to see the unit! This particular Public Storage has the best prices in town. The service was friendly and it was an enjoyable experience!

Jamie was exceptionally knowledgeable and quite passionate about her job and for that I am very grateful. The facility is well run, clean and very secure. Signing up online was very helpful, too. The online experience truly expedited my storage needs. The prices are very reasonable and the location is easy to maneuver. I highly recommend the Cortez Public Storage!

Public Storage is exactly what I was looking for. The price is decent, the location is perfect, accessibility to my unit works great with my schedule, and the personnel are kind and respectful and are willing to work with you when times are tough.

The storage facility is nicely laid out and very clean.

I was easy, called and made reservation, they confirmed by email. Called to remind us the day before. On day of rental, all was ready and went very qickly. Fair price for a good space. We got the 5X10.
