𙸠ðš‘ðšŠðÂÅ¡Â 2 different encounters w star quest storage and felt I wasn’t treated in professional manner. I had calked and reserved at certain price! Getting to place and told double the amount??!! Left the 1st time because I was told my mom could pay for over phone from out of state then when I got there they wouldn’t allow it? Then the 2nd time I was charged near $200.00 asking please to try and get lower that it was steep., I ended paying $150 with them saying I i needed bigger unit by looking at my trailer then after we got done I had half the storage left? I couldn’t believe it. $150.00. When I was quoted $31.00. So I wouldn’t recommend. But Charlie was a great salesman trying hardest to please but I still ended paying three times the amount.

Both the office staff and the grounds custodian were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to walk us to the unit, both when we were just looking and then again when we moved in. The place is very clean. We even saw the outside units doors being wiped down. Impressive!

The sweet gal who helped me, explained in further detail, what my reserved space was and I realized the website misrepresented the size. She was quick to clear up the situation on top of providing me with an extremely helpful and cost-effective solution. I'm grateful to her and her help and think that gal needs a raise!

One of the positive things about this particular StorQuest Storage site is the current site's Mgr. Lisa Santana. She is very knowledgeable about the facility itself, explains everything to your satisfaction answering all possible questions. Great location. Would recommend.

Prices are great, place is easily accessible. I've never had to pay monthly insurance before, so that was strange. Although I have no complaints. Staff was super nice. Overall great experience.
