The location of the facility is very convenient for us, despite needing to make a precarious U-Tun on a busy highway to enter the facility. The gate control needs a code to enter and exit (the exit code is redundant in my view). Our unit is in the climate control building, which is tight to navigate with possessions, and quite confusing on where the unit is located down several corridors and through multiple doors that are poorly (if at all) labeled. The unit is a “medium size” but doesn’t hold much at all. We ended up taking several items back home because we couldn’t get them inside. One of the reasons we couldn’t fit them was the door header being so low that we couldn’t get items inside to stack on top of the items already in there. The space was high enough inside but we couldn’t manipulate the possessions in a way to make it under and up with the door header being so low and skinny door width. It’s also a hassle that we have to use the provided lock that is charged at a very high rate per month to use, and difficult to determine how to find my own lock that will work in its place. We also have to provide homeowners insurance proof of coverage to prevent monthly insurance coverage charges too. Not my favorite experience, but at least some of our items are protected and in climate control.

I have been fortunate to find a storage space within a great budget. Competitor around the corner was trying to charge $100+ more per month for the same size!!! Move in was contact free and easy. The unit is wonderfully climate controlled and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t 90 degrees like competition claiming climate controlled. Only suggestion is please send a pdf map of the facility to help find storage location easier.

The contactless option they have available is quite convenient. I moved in and the only issue I had was finding the unit! I went and spoke with the manager and he was more than happy to help me! Very clean space in a perfect location

Quick sign up, price is as advertised and stress free move in. Facility is just what I wanted. The last storage unit was not good. Dirt and leaves got in and the walls were broken.. This unit was Clean and cool. Great location and good price.

When you're starting over, it's not easy to leave your precious things behind, especially after something traumatic, but Dave at (store on Brandon Pkwy 60 and Beverly st in Brandon) Public Storage made it so seamless. He eased my fears and made my transition so much easier. He was so kind, patient and professional! There aren't enough adjectives to describe his customer service. It was meant to be that I walked in on that rainy day. I'm so glad i chose Public Storage! So grateful.

Made our stuff safe but we had to rent their lock. I have used storage before including a public storage in another state and didn't have to do that. Our stuff will be out in a day or two now that we have new housing

The overall experience was good and my things feel secure. the only issue i find is that storage isnt open odd hours. im sure it cuts down on issues and theft but all those issues aside 24 hours would be nice. i cant always make it between 9-6

I was currently moving back home to Riverview, Florida from St.Augustine,Florida went on the website to reserve a unit and within a day of reservation the property manager Dee contacted me. Dee stayed and waited for me to arrive due to interstate traffic, which I was running a little late on getting there to purchase a unit. Dee was a lifesaver and very knowledgeable of the what my needs were and how everything worked. Overall a great experience and excellent service was given.
