Lori is the best and most knowledgeable/accomodating manager I have ever dealt with at a storage facility.

I booked the reservation for the same day the agent called me about 330 tried to get me to come another day which would have been an inconvenience stating she needed to close on time and had to do a lock check prior I just feel the service could have been better.

Laura was amazing and very accommodating. Very smooth and easy experience. Will definitely use in the future

The clerk did not try to sell me anything unnecessary and actually helped me pick the correct size unit for what I needed to store.

The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is because I think people should have access to their belongings 24 hours a day.

Great customer service from both locations I went to. The rep at the Providence Rd location did not have the unit I was looking for available and refer me to the Causeway location who had one unit available. Very professional at both location.
