Move in went very smooth, no problems

I am not positive what her name was but she was great. You could tell she was new and training but took care of everything that was needed and beyond. Great personality and super helpful and informative.

I set the reservation on line in the evening. The next morning I received a call to set up a time to see the unit. ( 12 x 30 car storage) Checked it out a couple hours later and signed up. Great service. Clean place.

This was my first experience with a storage company, it was already a difficult And stressful situation for me, and going through the process during a pandemic added additional stress, however the young lady who walked me through the process was kind and efficient and followed all the safety regulations. The facility is laid out in a format that makes it easy to negotiate, I found my unit and moved my stuff in with no drama.

Layout of facility is easy to navigate a large rental truck. And everything they do makes the place very convenient while maintaining security.

From my visit to the web site searching around at all my options and prices, I zero'd in on a facility near me. They had a unit that would work for me at a very competitive price so I reserved it online. What a great feature. Then I made an appointment to go look at the unit. Place was nice, people were nice, unit was nice. They offered free packing, loading and storage advice and offered to assist at any level. Packing material was greatly reduced for initial purchase. 5 stars it is.

My husband and I just moved here from Charlotte, NC less than 30 days ago and we've never experienced a hurricane before and didn't know what to expect. We've been staying in an apartment complex until our home is finished and didn't have cover for our 2 motorcycles. We visted this location the day before the Hurricane and we met Grace (MGR) and her team who understood our comcerns and put them to rest with genuine care, understanding, and professionalism. They were fair, thoroughl and extremely knowledgeable as well. Thank you to you all! Lastly, their District Manager and leader handled some concerns we had immediately following the hurricane. He too went above and beyond. We appreciate you. I will only rent from Public Storage in the future. Excellent friendly staff, no reservations and I would recommend this company to anyone. I am a realtor and will be referring business to your company and in particular this location.

Overall I'm very pleased. The staff is top notch, however, I do have two recommendations: Make insurance requirements known upfront allowing the consumer to make better decisions. Give the customer the opportunity to complete the necessary paperwork prior to move in date. The process is too lengthy and inconvienent on move on day.

Mary and Grace are AWESOME! They are so helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate that they take the time to explain everything so that I can make the best choice for my needs. GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISED OR A NICE DINNER GIFT CARD . THEY WORK VERY HARD FOR YOU.

Excellent Office personnel very knowledgeable on the operation of the business. Items on hand for customers to aid in customer satisfaction in moving. The storage units are clean and in excellent condition.

I just recently moved here from another state and was in need of a storage facility. I called around but found Public Storage to be the most accommodating and the friendliest. I started at one location and got talking with the representative there and when she realized I was new to the area, she actually sent me to another Public facility that was closer to where I was staying. I was very impressed with that!! I have had nothing but a great experience so far with my unit and the people I have talked with.

A little high on price,but otherwise a secure place withgood access

Go to the Public storage on Providence. The one next to Dunkin Donuts smelled like something died, offered smaller unit and more money.
